Greg was born in Albuquerque, NM in 1966 and grew up in the South Valley, attending St. Mary's, Menual High School, and the University of Albuquerque. After college, Greg joined the United States Marine Corps where he was constantly recognized for his service, earning MOS of Recon Marine, a Combat Action Ribbon for Operation Desert Storm, and a Meritorious Mast- Award for going above and beyond regular duties in a combat environment.
After his time in the Marines, Greg knew he still had a passion for public service which led him to the Albuquerque Police Department in 1989. His work as a law enforcement professional includes an array of specialties, including time in the Field Services Bureau where he was named Uniformed Officer of the Month in May of 1991, detective of the month during his time in the Special Investigations Division for DEA, seven years in the Special Investigations Division, and two years on the Region 1 Narcotics Task Force for the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department.
Currently, Greg owns his own private security company where his decades of experience are tailored to provide top notch security consulting and personal security services.
Greg is happily married to his wife, Jennifer, and has six children and eight grandchildren.
