| Info | Joe is a married man with three children and has lived all his life in East Belfast.
Joe has worked in the community sector for over 20 years. He is presently employed as an Economic Development Officer with the Short Strand Partnership. He was elected for Pottinger in the 2001 Council Elections.
Joe's priorities include the creation of better and more accessible job training schemes and strategically targeting inward investment for the east of the city.
