Born in Milton Delaware May 19, 1958, I have lived in New Castle County since the age of 4. I became a registered Republican in the Bicentennial year of 1976.
I hold a State HVAC Masters license #10 and a Delaware Realtor license.
I Joined the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society in 1986 and was the monthly Educational Meeting Director for 17 years. I also served as President and Treasurer of the First State Chapter.
In 1989, I opened Maintenance Management of Delaware, servicing New Castle County residents in their HVACR, Plumbing, and Appliance needs serving thousands of customers for over 20 years.
I was the Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Inspector for the Town of Newport from 2000 to 2009 and still available to them on an on call basis.
In 2002 I bought my first Laundromat and a second in 2008. I also own an apartment building.
I own three properties’ and lease two others in New Castle County.
I have a vested Interest in this county.
