| Info | John Talbott served as an airborne radio and radar repairman in the United States Air Force in post-WWII Japan. After his original assignment, he returned home to Spokane where he worked at Fairchild Air Force Base and married his wife, Claudia.
Mr. Talbott was elected Mayor of Spokane in 1997. He served one term in office and retired after losing in his re-election bid to John Powers.
Talbott has since moved to Pasco and served as a Republican PCO and state committeeman for Franklin County. He lost a race for city council in 2011.
