Info | I have had the opportunity to work with many business owners from one end of Snyder County to the other. For the past 5 years I have been employed by Kuhns Bros Log Homes. I started in sales and worked my way into Sales Management, most recently having the opportunity to work
with over 100 sales representatives across the country.
Since graduating from college, I have also been involved with various organizations. I served on the Board of Directors for the Snyder County Chapter of the American Red Cross, I attended various Central Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce events when I worked in the radio industry, and I have been the Treasurer of Westminster Chapel for the past two years. I’m a member of the National Rifle Association, the National Arbor Day Foundation, a life member of Rooster’s Corner Sportsman’s Club, a member of the Boonie Hollow Rod and Gun Club, and a Life member of the Snyder County Historical Society. I have been a Union Township Auditor, a member of the Snyder County Republican Committee and currently serve as the Vice Chairman of this committee.
I graduated from Susquehanna University with a BA in Communications. After my sophomore year, I decided to take a one year leave of absence and become a part of the entertainment group Re-Creation. During that year, I was afforded the privilege to say “Thank you” to some of our hospitalized veterans in 43 states. I will never forget the experiences I had that year with men and women who fought in WWI, WWII, the Korean Conflict, Vietnam, and the 1st Gulf War. Anyone who doesn’t recognize the cost of freedom needs to visit a Veteran’s Hospital. You will be humbled. I also had the opportunity to meet many Snyder County residents during the 12 years I sang with the Southern Gospel Quartet True Heart.
July 2007 will mark the 10th Wedding Anniversary to my wonderful wife Amber. In April of 2005 my wife and I were blessed with the presence of our daughter Naomi. She was adopted from Korea. We built our home in 1997 on what was my grandparents’ farm. In my younger years, I earned the Boy Scout rank of Eagle Scout and received numerous awards in 4-H.
